Return policy

If you make a purchase, and you find upon delivery that one or several items don’t fit, you are welcome to return the items to 111VOX.com. You must notify us about this, no later than 14 days after delivery (7 days outside of Sweden!), by contacting us at info@111vox.com and state order number and the names of the products. All items must be in the same condition when returning them as they were when you received them, including boxes, labels and tags.

If everything is in order, you will receive a full refund for the costs of the items (except shipping/handling costs)!

Shipping costs for returning purchased items will be paid by the customer, except for goods damaged by transport or if the return is due to a mistake made by 111VOX.com. In those cases, 111VOX.com will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.

All refunds will be made in Swedish Kronor at the current exchange rate.
