CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD

All prices in the web shop are shown in Swedish Kronor. However, an approximate value in Euro, US Dollars and Japanese Yen is displayed on each product and in the checkout. These values only get updated once a week, so if you place an order from outside of Sweden, the amount withdrawn from you account may differ a little from the amount displayed in the webshop!

Selected the items you want to purchase, go to the checkout and use the drop-down menu to choose your preferable payment method. The following payment options are available:

• Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners or American Express)

  Note! Your credit card must have been issued from the same country that you're currently shopping from (i.e, you cannot shop from Denmark with an American credit card).

• Money Transfer:

  First create an account/user in the web shop and fill out your address and other necessary information. Send us an e-mail with information about the items you want to buy (item/size/colour). After you've received a confirmation from us, transfer the money (sek or euro) to:

  Note! We charge 5% of the total order value for use of PayPal! First create an account/user in the webshop and fill out your address and other necessary information. Send us an e-mail with information about the items you want to buy (item/size/colour). After you've received a confirmation from us, transfer the money (sek or euro) to: info@111vox.com.

• COD - Cash on Delivery

  ("Postförskott" - Swedish customers only)

• Invoice

  ("Faktura" - Swedish customers only)

After you've made your choice, click “next” to complete your purchase. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address and your products will be sent to you as soon as possible.

PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD

When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Dibs (www.debitech.com) to guarantee secure payments. The procedure works like this:

1. Choose your credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express), state your card number and validation date.
2. A control is carried out to make sure that the data is correct and that there is money on your account.
3. The money is reserved on your account. This means that you have no access to the amount but it has not yet been transferred to 111VOX.
4. The same day the products are delivered, Dibs will transfer the money to 111VOX.

111VOX.com uses a secure order form, which means that all content of the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters). No external parties will be able to access the information you have given.

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to change the prices or shipping costs at any time! When returning an item, you're always entitled to the price you paid for the item, regardless of what the new price may be.
