DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the address you put down when registering. Be sure to write as much information as possible (building number, door codes etc)! This will make delivery easier for our courier. We use the Swedish Post Office (Posten) to send out all orders. As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and information on how you can track your shipment. The tracking information on the Swedish Post Office's website is in Swedish! Please e-mail us if you need any help with tracking your order!

Orders are packed and sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except on bank holidays) and the delivery time depends on the final destination.

• Within Sweden, it usually only take 2-4 business days, but longer delivery times can occur.
• Deliveries outside of Sweden but within EU approximately take 3-10 business days.
• Deliveries outside of EU usually takes 7-14 business days but can take even longer (up to 20 business days) because of customs!

If the delivery time, for some reason, should differ a lot from these times given, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. You're always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding the location of your order!

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping depends on the destination of the package. The easiest way of finding out the shipping cost for your order is first create a user and enter the address/country you wish to have the package sent to. Once logged in, put the items you want in the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, where you will see how much shipping costs.

GUIDELINES

• Within Sweden: Free shipping on orders above 500 sek.
  
  
• Within The European Union: 150 sek for 1 item + 50 sek for each additional item.
  
  
• Rest of the world: Starts from 200 sek for 1 item + 100 sek for each additional item.

TAX FREE SHOPPING
We now offer Tax Free shopping on order going OUTSIDE of the European Union. Place the order as usual and pay full price, and we will then refund the 25% added tax, already added to the price of the items! The cost for shipping is not tax free.

LOW SHIPPING RATE ITEMS
These item (all found in the category “Low Shipping Rate Items”) can be delivered to you to a much lower, fixed, shipping/handling fee than heavier/larger items!

Prices:

• Within Sweden: 29 SEK
• Within EU: 79 SEK
• Outside of EU: 99 SEK

Minimum order value is 500 SEK. Orders smaller than 500 SEK will be charged with an administrative fee of 90 SEK (except Low Shipping Rate Items). Maximum order value is 12000 SEK. Orders above that value have to be notified first to 111VOX.com or divided into several smaller orders. Note! All credit cards on larger orders will be double checked for card freuds!

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

To find out which countries we ship to, just go to the log-in page and create a user. In the drop down menu over countries, the countries we ship to are listed. If you're living in a country that is not listed in the table, and you wish to place an order, send us an e-mail and we'll calculate the cost for the shipping!

DECLINED ITEMS

111VOX will charge 295 SEK if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package, if it's not picked up at the pick-up point. In case our courier fails to deliver an order, because of an incorrect address or a non-existing address, and the order is returned to us, 111VOX will charge you (or not refund) shipping costs.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

All packages we ship are insured (except Low Shipping Rate Items). If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.

PRICE CHANGES

111VOX.com reserves the right to change the price on any product in the shop in any way that we desire. However, all items sold to a certain price can be returned and will be refunded to that price (with the exception of changes in the currency).

FORCE MAJEURE

If 111VOX.com fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then 111VOX.com can not be held responsible.
